Product damaged or faulty

In the event you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will refund the value of the damaged goods or provide to you the same or similar product at no cost. We reserve the right to require proof that the goods were damaged or faulty.

Product contaminated

In the event that the goods are to be reclaimed due to contamination, health issues, expired, etc. we will notify you as soon as possible about the reclaim. At that stage, we will advise you to dispose of the goods and the refund procedure, as above, will apply.



Refunds (when applicable)

All refunds will be done in credit to be used in another purchase at the website or in-store.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at or contact us.

Refunds Shipping

To return your product, we will advise the address to your nominated email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
